Virat Kohli and Brett Lee are excited for Varun Dhawan and John Abraham’s Dishoom

There was buzz that one of the main characters from the film is based on Kohli 

Varun Dhawan and John Abraham starrer Dishoom has hit the screens today and the movie belongs to the buddy cop genre. In the movie, John and Varun are seen essaying the role of cops who are on a manhunt. A hunt to find India’s top batsmen who goes missing just 36 hours prior to the Indo- Pak match. Saqib Salem will be essaying the role of batsman who goes missing. Earlier it was rumoured that his character is based on current sensation Virat Kohli. However Saqib denied having any sort of resemblances.

Now latest we hear that, Virat Kohli is keen to watch this movie as he was immensely impressed by it’s trailer. The plot is exciting and is based on cricket, so there is no denial that Virat might want to watch it. And luckily, Australian ex cricketer Brett lee is in town for promoting his upcoming movie UNindian. He met Sajid few days back and expressed his desire to watch the movie.

A spokesperson from the production house confirmed to a leading daily saying,“The film is about India’s top batsmen who goes missing just prior to a very important match. Since the plot is revolving around cricket, many cricketers have expressed their desirability to watch the movie.”

Insiders from the industry even suggest that, the makers are thinking about organising a special screening just for our cricketers. Now that would be exciting. Don’t you think?
